Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a breakthrough, evidence-based form of trauma integration that works directly with the brain's natural processes to resolve distressing memories, negative images, and deeply held beliefs. Unlike traditional talk therapy, ART uses guided eye movements and imagery rescripting to help clients visually and somatically shift their internal experience—often in just a few sessions.
ART is a highly focused, intensive modality. Sessions are deep, emotionally engaged, and carefully facilitated to promote fast-tracked healing without retraumatization. Clients often come in carrying years—sometimes decades—of trauma, anxiety, grief, or chronic stress. And they leave with real relief and resolution.
This is not ongoing weekly therapy for years. It is focused, short-term work that brings lasting shifts. Many clients report major improvements in just 1–5 sessions, saving them both time and emotional bandwidth compared to more traditional approaches.
What You’re Investing In:
A clinically proven, neuroscience-informed modality
Years of professional training and trauma expertise
A session structure designed for maximum transformation—not maintenance
A path forward that honors your time, energy, and emotional courage
This is specialized work, and it is not for everyone. But if you're ready for real change, ART can help you get there—quickly, clearly, and with support every step of the way.
For High-Achieving Professionals:
You’re successful on the outside—but exhausted on the inside.
You’ve done the work. You know how to push through. But some patterns—burnout, anxiety, chronic stress, imposter syndrome—just don’t seem to move, no matter how much insight or effort you apply. ART helps untangle the emotional and neurological loops beneath these patterns so your nervous system can finally exhale.
This is work that respects your time. Many high-performing clients experience profound shifts in just a few sessions. You don’t have to choose between productivity and healing. You can have both.
For Veterans & First Responders:
You were trained to respond, not to feel. But the weight of what you’ve seen doesn’t just disappear.
Trauma doesn’t need to be relived to be resolved. ART is used widely with military personnel and first responders because it allows for resolution without prolonged retelling or re-exposure. You remain in control the entire time, and you don’t need to talk through every detail.
This is discreet, effective trauma work that honors your resilience—and your readiness to move forward.
For Creatives:
When your creative flow hits a wall, it’s often not about skill—it’s about something deeper.
Whether you’re a writer, artist, performer, or entrepreneur, getting stuck creatively can feel like losing access to your own voice. ART can help uncover and resolve the blocks beneath creative paralysis—fear of failure, self-doubt, past criticism, burnout, or even unresolved trauma linked to your creative identity.
When the nervous system feels safe and clear, creative energy starts to move again. It’s not magic—but it can feel like it.
About Sessions & Rates
This is not talk therapy as usual. ART is structured for depth and efficiency, which is why I offer extended sessions of 90 minutes or more. These longer-format sessions allow for the full arc of the work—processing, resolution, and integration—without interruption.
Rates:
$300/hour (weekday sessions)
$450/hour (weekend sessions)
Weekend sessions are ideal for clients seeking intensives—a deeper dive over one or two half-day sessions to address specific issues without needing to spread them out over weeks or months.
If you’re ready for focused, transformative work with real results, you’re in the right place.
