  • I use the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT). This model is designed to help partners build secure-functioning relationships—where both people feel safe, seen, and supported. It draws from neuroscience, attachment theory, and nervous system regulation.

  • ART is a powerful trauma treatment that helps your brain integrate and resolve distressing memories—often without needing to retell them in detail. It uses guided eye movements to help bring relief, clarity, and renewed perspective.

  • I currently work only with adults. If you’re seeking support around how to talk to kids about death or grief, you might find the “Talking to Kids About Death” course (coming soon) helpful. It’s filled with compassionate scripts, tools, and guidance.

  • All sessions are currently offered online for clients in Oregon and Washington. I use a secure, easy-to-access video platform. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of dong therapy from their home or office.

  • Yes. I offer a 15-minute phone or video consultation so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit.

  • My session fees vary depending on the service:

    • Individual therapy (55 minutes): $200

    • Couples therapy (55 minutes): $250

    • ART sessions (85 minutes): $300

    I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Yes, I offer both therapeutic groups (for residents of Oregon and Washington) and personal growth circles that are open to people who live outside of Oregon or Washington. Topics often center around grief, change, identity, and the journey of transformation-using myth and archetypal energy.

  • Both! Most groups are currently offered online, though seasonal or special events may be held in person. Each offering will include details. Please take a look at our current in-person offerings.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee.

  • That’s a great question—and the short answer is: let’s talk. A good therapeutic fit is based on shared values, trust, and relational safety. A consultation or an initial session is a great place to explore that together.
