Therapeutic Services in Oregon and Washington
Welcome. I offer virtual psychotherapy and consultation services for adults in Oregon and Washington, as well as in-person weekend intensive work at my office in Portland, Oregon. My practice integrates trauma-informed care, relational therapy, and somatic tools to support you through grief, life transitions, and inner transformation.
Therapy Services
(Available for Oregon & Washington residents)
Are you navigating a season of change, grief, burnout, or identity transformation? I offer supportive, depth-oriented therapy for people navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, or identity changes. Together, we explore the emotional and somatic layers of what’s unfolding—so you can reconnect with your inner wisdom and move forward with clarity and care.
Common reasons clients seek therapy:
Navigating grief and loss
Burnout or spiritual exhaustion
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Identity transitions (career, motherhood, aging, etc.)
A desire to deepen self-understanding and inner connection
Individual Therapy
Relationship Therapy
I work with couples to create secure, resilient relationships rooted in mutual care and emotional safety. Using the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), I help partners understand the neurobiology and attachment dynamics underlying their patterns—then learn how to communicate and repair in ways that strengthen the relationship.
Couples therapy can support you with:
Frequent conflict or emotional distance
Communication breakdowns
Life transitions (parenthood, loss, relocation, etc.)
Rebuilding trust and intimacy
Learning secure-functioning relationship skills
Trauma Reprocessing
Trauma can live in the body and nervous system long after the event has passed. I offer trauma-informed care using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)—a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps reprocess traumatic memories without the need for lengthy retelling. ART combines eye movements, somatic awareness, and imagery rescripting to reduce emotional distress quickly and safely.
All ART work begins with a 1:1 intake session to assess fit and readiness.
Sessions: 90+ minutes | $300/per 90 minutes (weekdays), $450/per 90 minutes (weekends)
Trauma reprocessing therapy can help with:
PTSD and trauma-related symptoms
Climate distress
Medical or birth trauma
Grief after sudden loss
Anxiety or panic
Childhood or relational trauma
And so much more
Current Groups
Virtual and in-person for residents of Oregon and Washington
Climate Grief Group
A gentle, online support group created to hold space for the emotional weight of climate change—grief, anxiety, and the ache of an uncertain future. In this small group, we’ll acknowledge the sorrow and overwhelm we feel in response to our ecological crisis, while also making space for imagination, resilience, and moments of shared joy. Rooted in compassion and collective care, this group offers a chance to transform climate grief into connection, clarity, and meaningful action. Open to adults living in Oregon and Washington.
Members are asked to make an initial 3-month commitment to create stability and cohesion within the group.
Time: Wednesdays—10:30-11:45 am (75 minutes)
Group Size: 6-8
Meeting Type: Virtual
Cost: $60
