The Intensive Reset:

A Different Model of Therapy

You don’t have to keep carrying this the way you have been.

What if something that has felt stuck for months—or even years—could begin to shift in just 1–2 days?

Experience relief—without waiting months

Maybe you’ve tried weekly therapy before.

You talk. You understand more. But the feelings are still there—
the anxiety, the grief, the memories, the patterns that won’t let go.

Or maybe you’ve been meaning to start therapy, but life is full.
Finding a weekly time, waiting for an opening, committing to a long process—it all feels like too much.

Or maybe something in your life feels urgent.

A loss.
A transition.
An experience your body hasn’t been able to process.

You don’t want to keep managing it.

You want it to move.

What To Expect

Intentional Structure

Each intensive is thoughtfully designed to create enough space, focus, and pacing for your nervous system to fully engage in the work and move toward resolution.

Collaborative Energy

We work together moment-to-moment, attuning to what’s emerging so the process feels responsive, respectful, and guided by your experience.

A Supportive Space

You’ll be met with steadiness and compassion, creating a space where whatever arises can be held, processed, and integrated safely.

A Different Approach to Individual Therapy

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps your brain and body process and resolve distressing experiences quickly and effectively.

Rather than talking through the same story over and over, ART works directly with:

  • Stored images and memories

  • Emotional and physical responses

  • The ways your nervous system has held onto past experiences

Using eye movements and guided imagery, we help your brain reprocess what’s been stuck—so it no longer carries the same emotional charge.

You don’t have to relive everything to heal it.

Individual Intensives Can Help You:

  • Reduce the intensity of distressing memories, images, or emotions

  • Move through grief, loss, or life transitions with more ease

  • Shift patterns of anxiety, hypervigilance, or emotional overwhelm

  • Experience relief from trauma without needing to retell every detail

  • Feel more grounded, regulated, and present in your daily life

  • Create space for something new—beyond what you’ve been carrying

Return to a sense of calm and clarity as you step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

How It Works

  • An individual intensive is an extended, focused therapy experience designed to support deep, efficient healing.

Instead of spreading the work out over months, we create dedicated time to:

    • Stay with what’s arising

    • Allow your nervous system to fully process

    • Move toward resolution in a supported, contained way

This is not about pushing—it’s about allowing your system to complete what it hasn’t been able to complete.

    • Distressing memories or images that feel “stuck”

    • The emotional and physical imprints of past experiences

    • Grief that hasn’t had space to move

    • Anxiety patterns rooted in past events

    • Replacing painful imagery with something more adaptive and supportive

    • Helping your body and mind update and integrate what’s happened

  • Intake Session (90 minutes)
We’ll clarify your goals and identify what you’d like to focus on during the intensive.

    Extended ART Sessions
We meet in longer blocks (typically 2–3 hours), over 1-3 days, allowing enough time for your system to fully engage in the process without interruption.

    Breaks
We move at a pace that respects your nervous system. Rest and integration are part of the work.

  • Half-Day Intensive
    3 hours | Starting at $1350

    Full-Day Intensive
    5 hours | Starting at $2150

    Multi-Day Intensive
    9 hours | Starting at $3750

Additional intensives or follow-up sessions are available if you’d like continued support.

This Work Is Deep—and It’s Not for Everyone

An intensive may not be the right fit if:

  • You are not ready to engage with internal experiences in a focused way

  • You feel unable to tolerate extended periods of therapeutic work (with breaks)

  • There are active safety concerns that require a different level of care

If you’re unsure, I’m happy to help you determine whether this is a good fit for you right now.

Relief is possible—and it doesn’t have to take forever

Not because we rush the process,
but because we work directly with the way your mind and body heal.

When something that has been stuck begins to move,
it can change how you feel—quickly and meaningfully.
