What began as a creative passion has evolved into something more. At Grief-Wise, we offer different ways to engage with your losses, deaths, and transitions that honor your life and soul. This is not therapy, but it can be deeply healing.

  • Grief Coaching

    Grief coaching provides steady, compassionate support as you navigate loss, change, and the questions that arise in their wake. Together we explore what your grief is asking of you, while cultivating practices and perspectives that support integration and forward movement.

  • Grief Rituals

    Individual grief rituals offer a held, intentional space to honor loss, mark transition, and tend what is moving through you. Together, we co-create a ritual tailored to your specific needs, allowing meaning, release, and integration to unfold at your own pace.

  • Group Workshops

    Collective grief workshops gather people into shared witness, reminding us that grief is not meant to be carried alone. In community, grief can be expressed, normalized, and transformed through ritual, presence, and mutual care.

  • I Ching Consultations

    The I-Ching, or Book of Changes, offers symbolic guidance during times of uncertainty, helping illuminate the deeper patterns at work in moments of transition. Through reflection and interpretation, it supports clarity, discernment, and wise movement forward when the path feels unclear.
